Ngorongo Tiger Silk Stole

Named for the Ngorongoro Crater: Africa's great caldera of abundance, where wildness and order exist in rare, self-contained balance. The Ngorongo series  brings that same tension to silk: bold animal print rendered in two colourways (leopard and tiger), each with its own temperament. This is part of the Safari Collection. 
 
At 74 by 20 inches, the Ngorongo Stole is generous enough to drape across both shoulders, long enough to wrap and knot, wide enough to wear as a beach cover or fold into a headscarf. The animal print, all ochre, gold, and shadow, moves differently at this scale: more immersive, and more dramatic. Pure silk gives it the fluid weight it needs to drape beautifully rather than sitting stiff against the body. Wear it over a slip dress. Throw it over swimwear. Travel with it. It does all three.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Do not wring. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Press on a low silk setting with a pressing cloth.
