Packing
Every piece is carefully packed by hand to protect it in transit. Because our garments and accessories are made from delicate silk, please handle them gently upon arrival and store as advised on the garment care label.

 

Shipping

• Domestic (India): Delivery within 10 business days of dispatch.

• International: Delivery within 21 business days of dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping or product prices and are collected separately by the courier or local customs office.

Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur, and these are outside our control. If we're made aware of a delay by the courier, we'll work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Returns
We want you to love your Sonya Sapru Designs piece. If something isn't right:

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• To start a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9811303911 with your order number.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

 

For international orders, customs duties already paid are non-refundable, as these are collected by the destination country's customs authority, not by us.
