At Sonya Sapru Designs, every order is hand-packed with care by a member of our small family team. We are continuously working towards using packaging that is sustainable, reusable, and environmentally responsible wherever possible.

Order Processing

• All orders are dispatched from our studio in New Delhi, India.

• Please allow 3–5 working days for order processing before dispatch.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order & Altered Pieces

Some of our pieces are made to order or require custom alterations.

• If an item is not in stock, production may take up to 2 additional weeks before dispatch.

• We will inform you via email if your order requires additional production time.

• Delivery timelines begin once the item has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship via India Post or other reputed national carriers.

• A flat shipping rate of ₹150 is charged for deliveries within India.

• Delivery timelines vary by location but typically arrive within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

• International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.

• Estimated delivery timeline is 8–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination country.

• Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
