At Sonya Sapru Designs, we are a small family business creating each piece with intention, care, and love. It is our deepest wish that your purchase carries that joy and gratitude into your life. Because each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches, we currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sasdesignconsultancy@gmail.com

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

• All original tags and labels must be intact.

• Items must be label-returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

• The replacement item must be from the current collection and of equal or greater value than the original purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at sasdesignconsultancy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +919811303911 with your order number and exchange request.

2. Once approved, return the item to our studio (in person or via courier).

3. If shipping, please share full tracking details with us.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5 working days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.​

Handmade & Natural Variations

Our pieces are created using hand-spun and handwoven textiles such as khadi, traditional hand-embroidery, and natural vegetable dyes. Slight variations in color, texture, and stitching are inherent to handcrafted processes and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
