If you would like to exchange a product, please email us. We will work with you on your request. Upon confirmation kindly deliver the product to our studio in person or via mail (please provide all tracking info). When we receive the product we will process the exchange.

 

Please communicate to us within 24 hours of the product being delivered if you would like to make an exchange.

Ensure that the item that you have chosen for exchange is in the current collection – available on our website. Please make sure that the item is of the same or greater value than the one you are returning.

We do not offer refunds.

We do not cover the cost of return expense. Please ship to us at your own cost.

Please return items in the same condition that they were received, with all tags and labels intact. We do not accept items that have been worn/washed/damaged.

We will strive to process all exchanges within 5 working days of acknowledging having received the product from you.

Please note that while working with hand-spun, and handwoven textiles like khadi, hand-embroiderers, and natural vegetable dyes there will always be slight variations in stitching/colours/textures – which enhance the cultural/unique value of the products. These will not be considered grounds for return.
